XPyCode is an Excel Add-in published by BGE Advisory that integrates Python with Microsoft Excel. Privacy is a core principle of XPyCode. The add-in is designed to operate entirely on your local machine and does not collect, transmit, or process any user data of any kind.
XPyCode does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, usage data, analytics data, or any other form of user data. The add-in operates entirely on your local machine.
All operations performed by XPyCode — including Python code execution, package management, and Excel interactions — are executed entirely on the user's local machine. No data is sent to BGE Advisory servers, cloud services, or any third-party system by the add-in itself.
XPyCode provides a development environment that enables users to write and execute custom Python code within Microsoft Excel. It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that any code they write or execute through XPyCode does not transfer, collect, or expose data in ways that violate applicable privacy laws, regulations, or organizational policies.
BGE Advisory has no visibility into, no control over, and assumes no responsibility for user-written code that may access, transfer, or process data.
Users may install third-party Python packages through XPyCode's built-in package manager. These third-party packages are independently developed and governed by their own respective privacy policies and terms of use. BGE Advisory is not responsible for the behavior or data practices of any third-party packages.
Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies and terms of any third-party packages they choose to install and use.
Since XPyCode does not collect or store any user data, there is no user data at risk. The add-in runs localy within the user environment.
XPyCode does not knowingly target or collect data from children under the age of 13, or the applicable minimum age in other jurisdictions. Since XPyCode does not collect any data from any user whatsoever, this policy is inherently satisfied for all users regardless of age.
